At WBM MART, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your WBM MART account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
